The Information We Collect
Transactional Information - As an online marketplace, Zadby must collect certain information in order to facilitate the transactions enabled by the site. This information includes:
Registration information used to create a Brand or Producer account, such as name, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers, etc.;
Information entered into Zadby by a Brand for the purpose of creating a Campaign or Commission, such as product name, value proposition, etc.;
Information entered by a video producer for the purpose of responding to a Commission, such as screen name, previous video works, etc.;
Information required for contractual or legal purposes, such as Federal Tax IDs for setting up Brand escrow accounts or IRS W-9 forms so we can pay Producers.
Additional Communications - As part of our normal operations, there may be additional communication with our constituents through the use of email, direct mail, online surveys, or other communications channels. In these cases, Zadby may also keep records of this correspondence.
Browser-based Information - We collect information regarding your use of Zadby.com to better design our website and constantly improve our user experience. We reserve the right to aggregate non-identifiable information to share with our partners and customers. As Zadby is not an ad supported website, we do not share this information with advertisers or for advertising purposes.
