Yuku's services contain links to other web sites outside Yuku. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and???or practices of other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This privacy policy only governs information collected on Yuku.com.
What Information is Gathered
We collect information the information you give us when you become a member of Yuku.
Site Visitors
In general, you can browse parts of the site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If you choose to use our services, we may require you to provide contact and identity information, billing information, and other personal information as indicated on forms throughout the site. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. We also collect the information that you provide when you make a post on one of our domains so that we can archive and display your posts. Registered Members

Yuku and our members do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add a Yuku member, even one who participates on our domain, to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report Yuku related spam to, please contact us using our legal form.
Security of Information
Your information is stored on Yuku's servers located in the United States. We use procedural and technical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect your privacy.

This means you get to decide how to structure your Profiles, Domain, what design you'll use, and more. If you no longer wish to operate your Yuku domain, you can delete your content and turn off the "allow replies" feature.
Children
We at Yuku believe it essential that parents are involved in their children's online experiences. That is why, in compliance with federal law, we do not knowingly collect personal information of any kind from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware of a user under the age of 13 providing information on our site, we will terminate their account and purge our databases of all information provided by that user.
Access to and Changing Information
Once you become a member of Yuku, your personal information is stored in the site. You may access or change your information at any time.
Notice of Modifications
In the future, Yuku may update and revise its privacy policy. We will provide conspicuous notice on our website if we decide to change our privacy policy in a way that would be materially less restrictive than this policy.
